- Service preferences and notes you share during the consultation.
- Payment details (handled by our payment processor, never stored by us).
- For digital assistant clients: account credentials, stored in a managed vault you control.
2. How We Use It
Your information is used to:
- Schedule, deliver, and confirm services.
- Send SMS arrival, completion, and photo-update messages.
- Bill for services and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to your questions and resolve any issues.
3. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from HarmonySync related to your service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or START to re-enroll.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except as required to:
- Process payments through our payment processor.
- Comply with a lawful request or court order.
- Coordinate emergency response (for pet services, with your authorized veterinarian).
5. Data Security
Client information is stored in encrypted systems with access limited to HarmonySync personnel. Digital-assistant credentials are stored in a managed password vault with audit logging.
6. Your Rights
You may request at any time to:
- See what information we have on file about you.
- Correct any inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
- Withdraw consent for SMS or marketing communications.
7. Cookies
The HarmonySync website uses minimal cookies for site functionality and basic analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking. No cookie consent banner is required for the categories we use.
8. Children
HarmonySync services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
Updates are posted to this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
